Booking Information and travel insurance

BeautySchlössl
We ask you to book your pampering appointments well in advance. Please understand that it is often no longer possible to make appointments on site!

Bikes and hire cars
We will happy to help you with organising a hire car or bike.

Cancellation conditions
Please be understanding that we only accept cancellations in writing. The regulations of the Austrian Hotel laws and rules apply. In case of cancellation, the deposit will be converted into a value voucher for the next stay. A refund of the deposit is subject to a fee of € 20,- for processing.

For summer season (Mai until November)
Until 29 days before arrival day 0%. Within 4 weeks before arrival day 60%. Within 2 weeks before arrival day 70%. Within 1 week before arrival day, for no-shows or premature departure 90% of the total amount.

For winter season (December until April)
Until 3 months before arrival day 0%. Until 1 month before arrival day 40%. Until 1 week before arrival day 70%, withing 1 week before arrival day, for no-shows or premature departure 90% of the total amount.

Check-in and Check-out
Check-in: the room can be obtained from 3pm
Check-out: the room can be used till 11am

The rooms are allocated within the confirmed category and after availability. You can use our spa area before room relation or after room release. If you want to keep your room longer on your departure, the we grant you with pleasure a late check-out against fee. But this depends of course on the availability.

Equipment for babies and small children
We are happy to provide our youngest guests with cribs, high chairs, kettles, diaper bins, and step stools. Please let us know in advance if you require these amenities!

Food allergies or intolerances
Upon request, you can also have vegetarian, gluten free and lactose free meals - no vegan diet. Please inform us directly when booking about your food intolerances!
 
Parking
Park your car on arrival in one of the yellow marked parking spaces in our underground garage (maximum car height 2.30m). Access is possible without a ticket. Please note that no outdoor parking spaces are available to our guests.

Payment
Cash in Euro’s, with an EC card, Visa or Mastercard (except for business cards).

Pets
Pets are warmly welcome in our hotel! The additional charge is €25 per day, excluding food. We kindly ask for your understanding that pets are not allowed in the dining room, wellness area, and in the "Fürst Panorama" and "Fürst de luxe" room categories. However, if you inform us in advance that your furry friend should be with you during meals, we will be happy to reserve a table for you in our lounge area. Please note that we may charge an additional fee for a final cleaning if required.

Reductions for children
The listed prices for children apply in a room shared with 2 adults, including the extended children's half-board (with afternoon snack) and the included services. For a small additional charge, your children are of course welcome to enjoy the adult menu. Children in their own room will receive a 10% discount on the adult price.

Reservation and deposit
For reservations we ask for a deposit of 30% within one week to be transferred to our bank account with the Volksbank Salzburg (BIC: VBOEATWWSAL, IBAN: AT09 4501 0311 0963 4415). The outstanding amount can then be paid in cash, or with a debit card or a credit card (VISA/Mastercard – with the exception of business cards) on-site.

Room prices
The prices listed on our website include the extended half-board with afternoon snack and the included services. The prices are exclusive of the overnight stay and mobility tax, which is exempt for children up to 15 years of age.

Smoking
We would like to point out that our whole hotel is a non-smoking area. Of course, you can smoke on our panorama terrace or on the balcony.

Transfer
We will be happy to help you reserve a transfer from the surrounding airports and train stations under +43 (0) 6412 / 40 600 or per e-mail at [email protected].

Voucher
Should you wish to redeem a voucher during your stay with us, we kindly ask you to tell us what kind of voucher it is and the voucher number when you make your reservation, and then to hand over the voucher upon arrival. If we are informed later with regards to the voucher, we cannot guarantee that you will be able to redeem it!

Wellness area
Please note that use of the indoor pool is no longer possible from December 2024! Our lovingly designed wellness area in the BeautySchlössl will continue to offer you soothing breaks from everyday life and invites you to relax with a Finnish sauna, an organic herbal sauna and a steam bath. In addition, you can look forward to a new relaxation area with cosy nooks, our relaxation room ‘Panorama der Stille’ with heated waterbeds and – new since summer 2025 – our infinity natural swimming pool for a unique bathing experience surrounded by nature.

WIFI
The whole hotel has free wireless internet access.

Cancellation insurance
In can always happen that you have to cancel your longed-for holiday. That is not only a great shame, but can also carries a lot of costs with it. In order to protect yourself from this, we recommend you take out a cancellation insurance. Furthermore, we ask you to inform us of a hindrance in good time.
